INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders will be processed within 3 days excluding Sunday and National Holidays. In case of any delays, customer will be informed via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

International deliveries will incur delivery charges equivalent to the actual courier charges billed to HEPL. Courier company invoice/bill will be mailed to the customer. On receipt of payment, the delivery will be executed with 48 hours. Estimated delivery date will be shared via email.

CUSTOM DUTIES, TARRIFFS AND TAXES

HEPL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (custom duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.).

REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT/S

If a product is found defective on delivery, you as a customer must within 48 hours of receiving the product contact customer service and/or send an e-mail to orders@abstrak.shop. Customer service will contact you and arrange to get the product uplifted from your premises.  Full refund for the value of the returned products will be issued within 72 hours of the upliftment of product
